Upgrading Plugins from HS3 to HS4 Discount

I have added a 10% discount for upgrading HS3 plugins to HS4
I believe you will need to provide your HS3 plugin license if you decide to upgrade to the HS4 version

I will not be updating any HS3 plugins that have been converted to HS4 and since the HS4 plugin need has really not been high I will be holding off updating any others to HS4 as it does take quite a bit of work and if there is no demand then it is a waste of my time
