is there any plan for you to transfer this script to hs3 ? Or maybe I missed it?

I have no plans to do so.Take a look at BLGarbage in the updater which does similar.

This script was for HS2 which had particularly bad memory issues (especially running scripts). It can do no harm and just speeds up what Windows does with .NET once it needs more memory. What it cannot do is recovery memory lost to memory and handle leaks.
