    Thanks Jon

I am finally getting the info in the log. But I would like to ask you, why is it that I have a -128 on temp3 and no info on fan2 and 3? Also which is the best method of how to determine which which fan belongs to whom? please see attch.

      Hector,

Speedfan can only provide data from the hardware connected and the interface provided by the PC's motherboard. I have no idea what you have.

You may for example have a case fan but it is not connected to the motherboard with a speed sensor etc.

Looking at your data you should disable logging for the following as they do not provide meaningful information:

      Temp3
      Fan2
      Fan3
      Fan4
      -12V
      -5V

Once this is done, delete all .CSV files and allow speedfan to regenerate a new one.

I would guess that Temp1 is your case temperature and Temp2 is your CPU temperature.

The HS log shows the path as being in the HomeSeer directory, the file appears to be in the speedfan directory.

            Hector,

Delete all .CSV files in the Speedfan directory and let it recreate a new one.

How long does it normaly take to make a CSV file? I deleted all the CSV file, this mornning but it still has not created one since.

Check the setup... it creates them fast make sure you read Jon00`s documentation as it is step by step failsafe... if its not working then the chances are you have made an error in the install..

Yea, it seams that I forgot to enable the log and header part. So now I have icons on my status, but its seems that the voltages are not correct with the sensor name. Let me keep on reading.....

                    temp2

                      Hector,

                      Try the attached.

Please DELETE all virtual devices created by this script and allow it to re-create them once this ini file has been installed.

Jon, that made a big diference, thank you very much. Jon I would to ask, what do you normaly put in for an action? I mean, in your setup what does your HS do when it reaches one of its preset.

If any of the fan speeds goes low or any of the temperatures go too high, I have it send an email and also announce the problem.

I do nothing with the voltages and are just there for indication.

When one of the threshold reaches it trigger point, will this be logged in HS? Is there a test mode in the script to see if if everything is working as it should?
