ash files

Reading through Jon's pop3 docs they make reference to .ash files. Google and a search of this board don't have anything on them.

Anyway, my ash files don't seem to work. In Jon's docs he refers to running the following file:

/email/Readmail.ash

Which on my machine translates to this URL:

http://localhost:8080/email/Readmail.ash

Hitting it causes this error:

Script Error:
File not found: C:\Program Files\HomeSeer\html\email/Readmail.ash

I'm running HS 2.2.0.66

It's an error in the documentation...try Readmail1.ash

BTW - ash files are Homeseer encrypted asp files.

I see. I did check for that file. It's there, but it's zero bytes and I guess that throws an error.

I'm not sure from your reply if you have it working or not.

Readmail1.ash to Readmail12.ash are included in the updater and can be found in the html/email folder. If any are 0 bytes then you will need to re-install.

The file Readmail.ash is being created for some reason and will be 0 bytes but can be deleted.
