Yes it did work, now I can hear the test anoucement every time it checks for mail. Now Iam just waiting a real breaking news to happen. What do you think happen in my case?

It's not fixed as you will now get Breaking News messages at any time (including through the night!)

I installed script to file, went ahead and did the test, it worked like it should of. now wait for the real thing?

Yes. Put Testmode=0 and wait.

Should work OK now.

It's obviously caused by a regional issue as it works fine here as it was.

Providing this is now all working, you can add one final entry to the checkpop.ini file.

Find:

[DeleteOnAddress1]

Add:

Emailaddress="BreakingNews@MAIL.CNN.COM"

This will automatically delete this email off the mail server. You will still get the announcements (and updated virtual device) but you will not be able to read it manually.

If you do not want this feature, just ignore!

I've now updated the download for this script with the regional change modification.

You will need to download the BBC breaking news script from my site. Follow the readme.txt in the zip. You will need to do exactly the same process as the CNN version. Hopefully it will not take 100 posts to get you working!
