      Hi Jon,

      Just trying to setup the event triggering with no success.

      Here are the steps I have done so far:

      1. Created a Homeseer Event that it is triggered Manually and that will send an email saying the HDD is Full. The event name is" "Send Email HDD Full".

      2. Configured the script as below:

      Code:
      [Settings]
      HL=z
      HN=80

      [Drive1]
      Enabled = 1
      GraphMode = 1
      DisplayMode = 0
      GraphBGColor = "#5E697A"
      GraphGif = "ABlue.gif"
      BarGifUsed = "GrayBlack.gif"
      BarGifFree = "TwoBlue.gif"
      ShowLowHighValues = 1
      HighValueTrigger=9999999
      HighValueReset=-1
      RunEventHigh="Not set"
      RunScriptHigh="Not set"
      LowValueTrigger=-150000
      LowValueReset=-1
      RunEventLow="Send Email HDD Full"
      RunScriptLow="Not set"
      Logging = 1
      Markerheight=30
      MarkerDuration=0
      MarkerImageFile=white.gif
      MarkerType=1
      MaxValue=
      MinValue=
      GraphHeight = 30
      BarHeight = 20
      GraphSampleSize = 150
      HeightSpacer=2
      ForceNewLine=1
      Zoom=1
      3. Created a Recurring event to run the script once an hour. This is working great and I can see the Drive displaying the correct information.

      Somehow, I just cannot get the Event to Trigger. Am I missing something on the configuration?

      Thanks in advanced!

        You need to define a value which is near the total capacity of the drive and put that value in the HighValueTrigger entry.

        For example if you used 200, it would trigger the event when the drive reached 200Gb capacity.

        You also need to set the HighValueReset entry. This determines when the trigger (to run the event or script) is reset. For example, if you set this to 190, the trigger would only reset if you deleted at least 10 Gb of data (below 190). Once done, if the Drive reached 200Gb again, the event would trigger again.

        Finally you need to set the name of the event in the RunEventHigh entry i.e.

        HighValueTrigger=200
        HighValueReset=190
        RunEventHigh="Send Email HDD Full"
        RunScriptHigh="Not set"
        RunEventLow="Not set"
        RunScriptLow="Not set"

        I hope that makes sense.

          Hi!

          Thanks for the prompt response Jon!

          Is is 200 for 200 GB or it is 200000? On the instructions, it specifies that the capacity should be entered in MBs

          Please advice!

          Again... Thanks!

            I cannot exactly remember but that may be a typo!...Look at the [Drive1 Data] entry in the ini file and it should show the current value.
