The error states that the username and/or password is incorrect. Did you change the password back to what it should be?

No, this is independent of Homeseer.

I cannot really give you much more help here as it is a problem with your mail account. The script is communicating with the mail Server and you will see the response it gives via the error messages.

Ok, thank you Jon for your excellent support, I will keep on trying. I justed wanted to make sure that it wasn't the setup in the HS side..... Maybe it's something in the INI file...(some typing or spelling or spacing). Thank you much...

                        Google is your friend

Short for Messaging Application Programming Interface, a system built into Microsoft Windows that enables different e-mail applications to work together to distribute mail. As long as both applications are MAPI-enabled, they can share mail messages with each other.

Homeseer uses it as an email option to talk with mail clients such as Outlook, Outlook express etc so that it can send/receive email through them. It is not necessary if your ISP provides POP3 and SMTP connectivity, however some people prefer using it. The disadvantage is that you also need a mail client (such as Outlook Express) running the same time as Homeseer.

Take a look at this post to see if anything refreshes your memory.
