Error when installing Jon00 Whois script

All, when I tried to install the "Jon00 Whois" script I got the following error message:

Is their a particular unzip software that I must have on my PC?

Anyone have a suggestion?

You are the second person to report this....are you running any of the test versions of HS by chance?

What version of Homeseer are you running?
