    Jon,
I'm having some issues with this plugin. I have it installed, the demo works. But, when I switch over to have it start pulling my data in to a chart, I'm getting stuck. The database file seems to be updating with new data (temperature sensor data) and the chart is created. However, when created, there's nothing displayed. I'm stuck... any advice is greatly appreciated!

I would have to see your Jon00DBCharting.ini & Jon00DBChartingCreate.ini files before I can assist.

It looks fine. Do you have the dynamic charting web page running yet. If so, can you see the data in that?

Nice job, just tried the new version and it displays the values from August 20, the prior day a minute before midnight.

Thanks for your help. Great plugin by the way.

No sir, it's not working. When I go to http://192.168.1.10:8080/Jon00DBCharting.asp, set the parameters and click "Chart", the screen flashes as if it's doing something, but is blank.

When I click on the "+", I get this error:

I think I have seen this before. Exit the plugin from the system tray. Then manually run the exe but make sure you are running it as an administrator.

                      Jon, that fixed it!! Thanks!!

So, how do I make the .exe run as an Administrator every time in the Startup script?

Unable to generate chart - or any data?

                            Jon,
I can usually track down issues on my own but I'm having a tough time with this one. I set up Jon00DBCharting.ini and Jon00DBChartingCreate.ini and I don't seem to be logging any data. There are no virtual devices created. When I go to the web page /Jon00DBCharting.asp I get a header and the correct data names in the pull-down menus, but when I click the Chart button it times out and gives me a message "Error: Chart could not be created - check the Homeseer log". The log says that it took too long to create the chart.

The plugin version is 1.0.0.0. Here are the contents of the two ini files for your reference. I appreciate any help. Thanks!!

First off, did you get the demo working?

Also, can you check that you are running the plugin as an administrator (to be sure, stop the plugin and manually start the exe as an administrator).

If that is OK and you are still having problems, open up the database file(jon00dbcharting.db3) in DB Browser for SQLite. Do you see the data logged in the tables?
