You did not mention the plugin that you are referring to, however I assume it is my Database charting utility.
If it is, you are out of luck as it only works on Windows versions of HS3.
The Homeseer log file is normally stored in the Data folder off the Homeseer root.
I don't believe the Zee was the correct choice for your requirement. It was designed for those who want basic Home Automation needs and has very limited in plugin support.
