How to get Ocelot Working

Ok i havent been able to use my ocelot and secu's for a long time because i could not get them to work.. Finally they work.. All you have to do is make sure you upload a blank program in CMAX. Just a "end program" command will do it... Upload that and then your Ocelot will start working correctly and learning IR signals.. or whatever else you use it for in homeseer!
