  • read module parameters?

I have 2 SECU-16's connected and am trying to figure out how I can read the parameters of the 0-5 volt inputs back to homeseer...

the Ocelot docs show that reading the actual voltage.. (or a numerical reporesentation) of it is trhere.. example parameter 10 is input 1's raw value...

is there a script command to get ADIOcelot to read in modulke parameter values?? all my inpits are showing up only as on and off devices..

setting a Latch does me no good.. these are for HVAC static pressure sensors and I need the values from them....

There are two ways to read the anaolog input.

Another way, and seems to be faster, is to go into CMax, assign a variable to represent the input value from the SECU16 and read it in homeseer as a Ocelot variable. The ADI forum has had a few go around with this...

    Hope this is some help.

I was trying to figure out how in my ocelot program to set a variable to a module parameter.. I see where I can set a variable to a variable.. a variable to module data, but not a variable to a module parameter.. unless my CMAX is too old.....

You should be able to do this, as I figured it out, and if I can do it...

One of the problems I ran into was using CMax. What is your version?

Here is what I use to read some SECU vars

        PHP Code:
        0001 - IF Module #3   -BOBCAT-L is < 256             //

        0002 -     THEN  Load Data to:  Variable #1          //

        0003 - IF Module #1   -SECU16-I Analog #0 is < 256   //

        0004 -     THEN  Load Data to:  Variable #10         //

        0005 - IF Module #1   -SECU16-I Analog #1 is < 256   //

        0006 -     THEN  Load Data to:  Variable #11         //

        0007 - IF Module #1   -SECU16-I Analog #2 is < 256   //

        0008 -     THEN  Load Data to:  Variable #12         //

        0009 - IF Module #1   -SECU16-I Analog #3 is < 256   //

        0010 -     THEN  Load Data to:  Variable #13         //

        0011 - IF Module #1   -SECU16-I Analog #4 is < 256   //

        0012 -     THEN  Load Data to:  Variable #14         //

        0013 - IF Module #1   -SECU16-I Analog #5 is < 256   //

        0014 -     THEN  Load Data to:  Variable #15         //

        0015 - IF Module #1   -SECU16-I Analog #6 is < 256   //

        0016 -     THEN  Load Data to:  Variable #16         //

        0017 - IF Module #1   -SECU16-I Analog #7 is < 256   //

        0018 -     THEN  Load Data to:  Variable #17         //

        0019 - End Program
