Moving database file location?

Is it possible to move the mcsTemp database from its default location (in Homseer dir)?

Perhaps its my sysadmin background, but I prefer to have files that grow (like database etc) on a seperate partition away from where applictions are installed.

You can specify the full path to the database and it should honor them. If a path is not provided then it default to the homeseer root since that is a place that everyone will have. Make a copy of the database in the target location before doing this so it will not recreate one for you.

I tried putting in the path to the database, and after restarting Homeseer, mcsTemp was updating the records in the database stored in the new location.

The temperature.asp pages, however, did not work - no data was obtained from the database.
