IE generates an event that a document download has completed, but when the plugin looked at the document content it was empty and the error was generated. This was when it was downloading the forecast data at startup.

I could check that the content exist and generate a more descriptive message and will if it persists. I dont know of anything that can be done to overcome the problem of no data delivered from the web site.
