The drivers will be downloaded automatically by the plugin. What you need to find is the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine which was removed from XP due to antitrust ruling. MS can no longer offer it. It came with the original XP and they can be found on the web. I found the original release and an update. This was a few years back when I did the search.
