I tried to change the color of descrete inputs in the graph but it seems to have no effect. It does work for analog inputs. Can the descrete input colors be altered?
Thanks,
Gardner
I also need to clarify discrete information recorded as analog vs as discretes. When recorded as analog then it will generate a chart that reproduces the value that was recorded at the periodic sample interval. There may have been multiple transitions of the discrete between the interval at which the current value is recorded to the database. All that will be shown in the chart is this last value at time of the periodic sample.
When recorded as discrete then the behavior of the chart will change depending upon the duration of the display. If 6 hr is used then the chart will show each transition of the discrete up to the pixel resolution of the screen. For longer durations, the discrete shows the ON time per interval such as the number of seconds/minutes on per each 1 hour period.
Michael,
I noticed the difference between the 6 hour and longer intervals. I am mainly using the shorter interval for most viewing so it is fine for me.
I thought I had the latest??? 4.46
I will recheck the post...
