Thanks. Missed that checkbox on the new web setup. Working now.

I believe you will have success if you set the checkbox on the Interface page, Data Collection Methods section to Transfer to database and select interval of 10 minutes. If you want Forecast data from the internet too then check that checkbox as well.

started a topic no sensors to database

    no sensors to database

I'm reinstalling mcsTemperature and am not able to get the read sensor data to create fields in the database. The plugin is reading data, from the HS logs I see:

    Code:
    4/16/2007 10:46:53 PM - mcsTemperature - BusyServicingInterrupt=False, Comm Status = 2, Comm Buffer = >|<
    4/16/2007 10:46:53 PM - mcsTemperature - BusyServicingInterrupt=False, Comm Status = 2, Comm Buffer = >Reading Sensors...<
    4/16/2007 10:46:56 PM - mcsTemperature - BusyServicingInterrupt=False, Comm Status = 2, Comm Buffer = >|<
    4/16/2007 10:46:56 PM - mcsTemperature - BusyServicingInterrupt=False, Comm Status = 2, Comm Buffer = >Temp #01[AB000800383DC710]=81.05F<
    4/16/2007 10:46:58 PM - mcsTemperature - BusyServicingInterrupt=False, Comm Status = 2, Comm Buffer = >|<
    4/16/2007 10:46:58 PM - mcsTemperature - BusyServicingInterrupt=False, Comm Status = 2, Comm Buffer = >Temp #02[4F000800381B6310]=64.40F<
    4/16/2007 10:46:59 PM - mcsTemperature - BusyServicingInterrupt=False, Comm Status = 2, Comm Buffer = >|><
    4/16/2007 10:46:59 PM - mcsTemperature - Temp05/08 Data: Reading Sensors...Temp #01[AB000800383DC710]=81.05FTemp #02[4F000800381B6310]=64.40F
    4/16/2007 10:47:03 PM - mcsTemperature - SendQueue=
    I'm using a temp05 unit.

    - I have tried removing the mcstemperature.mdb file and replacing with a blank one as indicated in a previous topic, but it still has done nothing to add the sensors. Looking at the database file there is nothing added to the Temperature table.

    - I tried 'delete and recreate sensor table' and it didn't make a difference

    - I tried removing the .ini file and re-doing the plug in install, but then it only created a few lines in the config file. I've attached my current mcstemperature.ini file to this post.

What can I try to get this to work again, and what info can I provide to assist?
