New install - won't create db

I'm trying to do a clean build of HS Pro 2.4 on fresh hardware. I'm running mcsTemp version in the updater. Everything appears to install into the correct locations, but I'll be darned if I can get it to create the .mdb.

With debug turned on, during initialization I'm getting this: "Temperature database Table C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HSPRO\mcsTemperature.mdb\Temperature does not exist on line 1540 Operation is not allowed when the object is closed."

I've tried various things, but I really don't know what it needs to kick of the db creation. I've decided to stop trying before I jack things up.

Got any hints for me?

Aaaaaand as soon as I walk away to swap out a switch, it decides to create the database?

Ah well. On to the next thing!
