Lost Chartdirector

Following a complete HS2 restore and MCSTemperature update, I've been unable to get back Chardirector. I had a backup of my Config folder, but not the Chartdirector file. MCSTemperature "seems to think it's there", but clearly it's not.

I searched the MB and saw a reference to downloading it manually, but was unable to locate a link. Any help getting back on track with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
