The abilty to source BSC.Info messages on a periodic basis was added to xapmcs1wire in V2.4.5. The user is able to enter the interval for delivery of these messages. The concept is much like the concept of the "supervised" messages from things like the security RF sensors so there will be a periodic "im alive and my state is ...". It is quite useful for resyncing applications that use the same data source when some of the applicaitons may have been restarted at some point.
