In general the information in the third column reflects some degree of "noise" on the 1-wire communications. Infrequent data of this nature can usually be ignored.

ahhh ok.... I have not startd to proceed with expanding my temp install.. going to when the weather gets a bit warmer out.. I have to run cat5 from the basement to the attic... via an outside means.....

I just saw those errors and wanted to make sure that I was not going to run into an issue meaning by adding more and killing my temps....

      Thanks!

        TeleFragger,

check all your wiring and make sure you don't have any shorts (disconnect your runs from the hub and check for continuity between DQ and GND)

also, physically check to see if the master hub feels warn/hot near the power adapter plug. is is probably an indication of a short.

i had a short in my wiring, and got these errors after the hub started heating up. after I cleaned up the short, i now never get these errors.

also, make sure none of your cat5 is in parallel with an AC line, this will definitely cause problems.
