    Devices lost

    Hello.
I have had a very big problem in last days and this has happened for two times.

I created the devices in menu McsXapSetup (ver. 2.3.1.6/2.3.1.9). These devices are accepted from some 'Netiom xap' i/o module. After assigning device code, location and name, pressing 'save', the devices were stored in the homeseer 'status'.
Then, i created events and everythings works fine.

One day, without any apparent matters, i have lost all my xap devices in menu McsXapSetup.
The devices are still present in the homeseer 'status'.
In menu mcsxap, these are present but no more cheked and these have not more name, location and device code.

Does someone know why this has happened?

Thank you very much and scuse me for my bad english.

    Emanuele,

Go back to the McsXapSetup page and make sure all your configuration items are still set; if not check box them again. Also save the view only saved items box on the top.

You should see all of the originally configured devices.
