Problems installing mcsXap on HS2

I am trying to install mcsXap 2.3.1.4 and keep running up against the error .

Could not load file or assembly 'Mono.Data.Sqlite, Version=2.0.0.0......'

In the zipped file I d/l there are six files, all dll files. Do these need to be manually registered?

The files are

HSPI_MCSXAP.dll
Interop.ADODB.dll
Interop.ADOX.dll
Interop.JRO.dll
Interop.Scripting.dll
Winsock2007.dll


I don't see any dll referring to sql...

Any Ideas?

You should be on version 3 and not version 2 of the plugin. Snippit taken from the xAP Library post where xAP plugin is located.
