xapmcs1wire 3.0.6.0 new error messages

I've had some time to work on upgrading my 1wire installation. My latest upgrade was to go to the latest version of xapmcs1wire. On two of my three systems I'm getting many messages in my log:

monitortimer line 10 file not found
attempting to shutdown and restart xapmcs1wire

....these are repeated many many times

The file that is expected is RESTART.exe that allows xapmcs1wire to shutdown and be restarted. The real issue, however, is why no 1-wire data is flowing through the DS9097U/DS9490D that is causing the monitor to trip.

Where can I find this restart.exe?

Here is the one I pulled from my computer. It was likely in an earlier posting of xapmcs1wire and I just forgot to include it on later one(s).
