  • Two Messages Sent to Arduino

I have an issue that initially I thought was related to events so I posted in a different forum. But now I think it might have something to do with the Arduino plugin. Please see the thread here:

    https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/ho...executed-twice

In short, I am using the Arduino API with multiple outputs each of which has two states, 0=Reset and 100=Action. Then I have some events which automatically set the Output back to the Reset state when it was switched to the Action state. In the Device section I then click on the Action button. Looking at the log I see that not one but two Action/100 messages are sent (plus one Reset/0 message). When I disable the that particular event only one Action message is sent. So one would think it has something to do with the event but the event itself has no influence how many times the plugin sends that Action message.

If disabling the event solves the problem it cannot be a problem with the plug-in, it must be your event logic. See my reply in the other thread.
