V1.0.0.158 disconnects after 5 mins wont reconnect

Using V1.0.0.158 beta all setup working, can see the pin state changing state, but then disconnects, until I press the Reset button or unplug.
Then it re-connects for a further 5 mins.
I can ping the Uno
before connection
During Connection
And after disconnection

Can you enable debugging then press connect on the board and wait for it to error. Turn off debugging and click on the link to get the file and send it to me.

Attached is the debug file from today several disconnects, the unit is currently powered by USB from my PC but using ethernet as communication.

Version 1.0.0.131, beta 160 about the same re-flashed the mega after changing back
