About every minute and 49 seconds my arduino seems to keep connecting but I don't see it disconnect. Why is it doing this and how do I stop it?

I had this very same thing happen to me. Did you just add Board 2? I fixed it by restarting the the last board I had just created. In your case, try restarting board 2 (unplug it and let it restart). -
Can you reset the plugin and tell me if it stops. If it is still a problem then send me a debug log of this happening and I will look at it.
