for some reason I can’t get their mails but it all worked out

If you purchased the HS3 version in May you should have been sent the HS4 version code in an email. Fill in the "Lost or Forgotten License Codes" at the bottom of this page to be sent all your licence codes. If you have trouble with this you will need to put in a help desk request by emailing support@homeseer.com

Hello.
i did buy the version 3 license for the arduino plugin in may and I am looking to get the license code for the new version.
i had the trial running but that shows now “expired”.
i tried to sent a private message but all I get is “invalid data”. I am sure I do something wrong. Anyway, does anyone know where to ask for the new license?

btw. Great plugin. Runs without issues on a arduino uno.
nothing special yet, just three inputs and one one wire temperature sensor. But setup and get it running was easy.
only “issue” is that the homeseer Device page doesn’t show the temp sensor with the inputs. Only the Inputs are in the box visible. When I click on the inputs, a new window opens up and the inputs and temp sensor is displayed.
