Error During Startup

I am on HS4. Each time I start up HS4 I get the following error:

11/14/2020 5:23:07 PM Legacy-Plugin~!~Arduino Plugin~!~ Error = Exception in Logtofile : The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS4\html\Arduino\ArduinoDebug.txt' because it is being used by another process.

Is there anything in my plugin setup that causes the problem or is this an issue that needs to be fixed in the plugin? I am on version 1.0.0.161.

Never mind, this was caused by a different plugin. I had one plugin log an error. After I have fixed that this error also went away. It doesn't make much sense to me, though. The error is thrown because of logging to ArduinoDebug.txt but I am sure that other plugin (RFXCOM) doesn't write to this log file. So something is odd.

This is odd... it should not lock files from other plugins. If this continues give me a shout and I will do some testing.
