1-wire errors

    1-wire errors

    Hi Guys

    I'm getting lots of 1-wire errors across multiple boards, not sure why. I'm using a cat 5 cable for the leads, they are all less than 3m in length. Sensors are over 1m apart and I'm using a 4k7 at the arduino (1-wire input pin to +5v).

    Any ideas ?

    Pete,

    I would test them with the default onewire sketch to make sure this is not a hardware problem.
    There are lots of different reasons for this error.

      Agreed Grieg. I was wondering if it was an issue with cable type or where I had the resistor.

      I'll be home in a few weeks time and will remove from HS and test separately..
