That is not an error, it's a leftover test that I was experimenting with back in 2015 when I wrote the plugin. That log message was only supposed to happen when the "Log Communications to Ocelot.log" checkbox was checked and the plugin got a notification that an input changed. I remember commenting the "if" out because the Ocelot was not sending the IO change notification reliably. I ended up doing something different and never removed the commented "if". So... you can ignore it or send me a PM and I'll fix you up :-)
