    ERROR System.IO.FileNotFoundException

I am very new to the Raspberry Pi environment on HS3. I have a Pi Model 3B+ running Raspian "Buster" Desktop Lite.
Today I installed RaspberryIO on HS3, version: HS3 Standard Edition 3.0.0.548 (Windows)

The plugin installed without any errors or warnings on HS3

I followed the Raspberry IO User's guide instructions for installing RaspberryIO and Mono on the Pi.

I followed this guide to install Mono on the Pi: Howto upgrade Mono to version 4.x on a Raspberry Pi After editting the sources.list on the Pi to include this line: deb http://download.mono-project.com/repo/debian wheezy/snapshots 4.2.3.4/main and then ran these two lines on the pi:
    sudo apt-get update
    sudo apt-get upgrade

I got an error running the upgrade line. After looking thru the RaspberryIO forum I found another user that was getting errors upgrading and found an entry saying:
if you added the line at the end of sources.list, just remove it. Then:
    Code:

sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install mono-complete I did that and Mono installed on the Pi.

When I ran the code for the first time from the pi using "sudo ./run.sh", I see this output in the terminal window on the pi:
    pi@test-genmon-pi:~/RaspberryIO $ sudo ./run.sh

Can you help me figure out what I have done wrong?

you need to install the vbnc package:

    Code:

     sudo apt-get install mono-vbnc

That did it! Everything appears to be working. Thanks for that very quick response.

Being a newbie to Linux, I have to ask, What do these three installs do?
      sudo apt-get install mono-devel
      sudo apt-get install mono-complete
      sudo apt-get install mono-vbnc

it installs all the mono libraries you need to run the plugin.

Thank you. I think I am going to like this plugin and the additional digital I/O integration it brings to to HS.
