I just picked up a Temp08 and am evaluating the Ultra1Wire plugin. Works great, but can I drive simple events from the temp readings?

I'm just trying to do something simple like send an email if temp goes above 80F.

I tried an event that checks device value change if greater than 80, but it never fires.

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!

This should be working. I have this plug-in controlling my ceiling fans and it works great. What version of HomeSeer are you using?

I just tested this again and it is working. My event looks like this:

Trigger:
Device Outside Temperature Sensor value is less than 68

Action:
Speak in background: Outside temperature fell below 68 degrees
