DS2438 doesn't work with HA7E and ULTRA1WIRE3?

device DS18B20 work well with DS9490R and software OneWireViewer
device DS2438 (temperature and humidity) work well with DS9490R and software OneWireViewer


device DS18B20 work well with HA7E and ULTRA1Wire3 plugin
But device DS2438 doesn't work with HA7E and ULTRA1Wire3 plugin: it say failure in counter database

Where is the problem?
problem come from HA7E or ULTRA1WIRE3?

The Ultra1Wire3 HSPI only supports temperature sensors when using the HA7E.
