A few questions

I stumbled onto this plug in while reading a thread about something else and I have a few question. In the past I have always jumped in to fast and bought software/hardware that didn't work for what I wanted to accomplish so I thought that this time I would ask first. I want to be able to monitor water temperature entering and leaving a boiler and want to be able to log the data and display it into graphs. After reading about this plugin I was thinking of placing 2 of these sensors http://www.embeddeddatasystems.com/S...robe_p_32.html on the pipes entering and leaving the boiler. Along with this interface adapter http://www.embeddeddatasystems.com/O...n-2_p_152.html. Will this along with your plugin accomplish what I want.

Yes, those items should work. I have the same temperature probe in use for over 5 years and it still works great. I have a similar setup measuring the inlet an outlet temperature of my HVAC unit.
