Plug-in request

I am Marian and i live in Italy.
I have the Homeseer system with Raspberry and Arduino Plug-in.
Now i have an Radio Net Raspberry pi (https://bobrathbone.com/raspberrypi/...net_radio.html) and i have one Question : Is possible create the Plug-in for control the radio net Raspberry pi?
