    Keeps disconnecting

I recently deleted a Marantz receiver I had and added a second Denon (3700). Now it seems to randomly disconnect to them. Restarting the PI fixes it... but usually happens again a day or two later.

I'm running the latest 2.0.58.0. I think this is still the HS3 version, but when i look at installed PIs, it shows i have the HS4 version. I never installed that (as far as I know :-) )

    Any immediate thoughts?

Do u see any errors in the log?
See if u can catch it happening with debug turned on in the plugin
    Cheers,

OK... didn't work again this morning. Might have to do with a power flicker... not sure.

Debug turned on in logs... don't see anything. The device shows on/off fine, but nothing in the log (and AVR doesn't react). Stopped/started PI.... all works fine again.

But even when working, I don't see any activity in the logs when I turn my AVR on/off. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

It will be in the Logs folder and called BLDenon-Detailed.log
          Please zip it

Hmmm... I don't see it. I'll wait until it happens again, and they try over.

Do you want me to run the log now... and wait till the error? Might or just after it crashes?

You need to turn on debug logging on the options page in the plugin
I would turn on the debug log now and then wait till it crashes
The log can get big so keep an eye on your space

Are you saying the plugin crashes?
              Cheers,

That's a good question. I don't know if it crashes.... it just stops communicating with the AVR until i reboot it.

Thanks...will do! Hasn't lost connection in a few days 😀

edit: this is where the HS4 UX I still confuses me. I'm running the hs3 version plug in beta... but when I look at the plug-in section in HS4 has a check mark next to the hs4 versions of the beta and the regular release, as if I already own them. Are you going to be updating the HS3 beta anymore or do I have to buy the HS4 PI now?
