AVR-4300H *NOT WORKING* (x-posted from HS4 Plugin forums)

I've paid for both the HS3 and HS4 versions of this plugin. The HS version is not working with my receiver. I've posted in the HS4 forum and submitted a trouble ticket at Blade's site. Neither of which appears to be monitored. Trying here in the hopes that someone is paying attention to one of these forums:

I have the HS4 version of the plugin, with my receiver successfully added. However, the commands are not processed. The UI will update but nothing changes on the receiver. There appear to be four ports open on the receiver, and I tried all 4 (23, 80, 111, 8080). None of them has any effect though.

Any ideas?

Port 23 has been what worked for both my 4300 and 3700.

Did you confirm that it works from the Denon web app?

One problem i had (you can find this on different forums on internet) is that the Denon loses it's internet functionality, and needs to be reset... or in my case, i needed to replace / trade in. Nothing i could do would get it recognized on the network.

If you go into network settings on the AVR and do the diags... you'll know if know IP is listed.

Just a thought.
