Can you do the following:
1. Disable the plugin
2. Edit hspi_BLOnkyo.ini and change debugLevel=true
3. Save INI file
4. Re-enable plugin
5. Let the plugin run for a couple of minutes and then go to the options page in the plugin and turn off debug logging
Attach the BLOnkyo-Detailed.log file zipped
It is located in the HS3 root folder

BLOnkyo plugin not working
I have tried to use this plugin but it has been very intermittent. I reinstalled HS recently and I decided to try the plugin and it actually worked for a while. Here is what I see in the HS log:
