Hi,
I am using a TCP IP to Serial server to control the Russound. It works great, except if the Serial Server loses power the link drops to the Russound plugin. After sending a command after a power out, in the logs, I can see that the BLRussound thought it successfully sent the command even though the serial server "link" light is out. Because the server lost its link the Russound doesn't receive the command. The only way to reestablish a connection with the TCP to the Serial adapter from the plugin is to disable and re-enable the plugin. This also happens, if reboot the Serial server.
Is it possible to add some sort of polling in the plugin to make sure it can communicate with the Serial Server, and if not, re-establish the connection automatically? I'll post this to your support page as well.
Thanks!
