I have a st2 tuner too... I use it for FM/AM only (dual tuner, one tuner for CAV1, one for CAV2)

With the script calls for the tuner, you pass the controller number and the source number.
Here are a couple examples:

hs.Plugin("BLRussound").TunerPower(1,1,"On")
hs.Plugin("BLRussound").TunerTuneUp(1,1)

Yes this will be in the next BLSpeech release

I have released the new BLSpeech build on my site and in the HS updater
Please try it out and let me know how the email works.
The Russound ability will not show up until the BLRussound is installed.

Not yet. My brother in law does not have a tuner for his so this one will be a little harder to test. I will have a look and see what I can come up with. Maybe there is something in the docs
I do have the ability in the plugin to send ir commands. Would this allow control of the tuner?

Compatibility with C-Series? (CAV/CAM discontinued)

Has anyone had the opportunity to test this out with the new C-Series (MCA-C5 and new keypads) yet? The C-Series uses R-Net but perhaps some new R-Net commands were added to handle new capabilities?

Apparently .Russound is discontinuing the CAV and CAM series (according to a closeout sale notice I received)

I have only tested the CAV66 model.
It should be in the updater soon. I am just waiting for a license file from Rich to include as part of the install and it is ready for release and more testing
