I am completing the (6 week long) conversion of my 14 year old HS/HS2 XP system to HS3 Win 7.
So far so good.
I have used the AB8SS unit for speaker switching and am just starting to use BLAB8SS and BLSpeech.
My question concerns setting up the speakers in BLSpeech.
BLAB8SS assigned devices to the 8 speakers and A/B switch with the device addresses of BLAB8SS001 through BLAB8SS0011.
Now I want to set up speakers and zones in BLSpeech. I had assumed that BLSpeech would automatically import the speaker devices into its "Maintain Speakers" page, but it seems I need to do this manually.
Should I simply select X10 device from the drop down and copy the device addresses (BLAB8SS001...) to create the speaker devices?
