IR codes not saving after restart?

  • IR codes not saving after restart?

    I restarted my homeseer machine and lost all the IR codes. I tried it again by adding one IR code and restarting machine again and it was lost again. The devices are there but the codes get erased.

    Any ideas?

    Do the codes exist in the INI file?

    Do the following:

    1. Shutdown HS3
    2. Edit hspi_BLUSBUIRT.ini and change debugLevel=true
    3. Save ini file
    4. Restart HS3

    Go to the IR codes page and get the issue to show.
    Then go to the options page and turn off debug logging

    Log a help desk ticket on my site and attach the BLUSBUIRT-Detailed.log file to the ticket
    I can then see what is happening
