Hubitat has Rule Machine which is much like webCore in Smartthings. Both can create fairly advanced IF THEN ELSE actions using various conditions. I am wondering if Homeseer has this same ability. I don't have anything too complex but I do have some lights that If it is between this time do this or if it is between this time do that but only if there is motion, etc. Just wondering how these types of situations are handled in Homeseer?fedloan irs.gov easybib

You should load the free 30 day trial and test to see if HS3 meets your needs. The event engine is quite substantial and if this doesn't suit your needs you can use the HS3 scripting engine to go as deep as you want to go.
