Error in "Edit Global Cache Infrared Signal" list

I have noticed that when you have many IR signals stored (approx 170 in my case and my guess is anything over 99 causes a problem) then the list does not allow you to edit the one you select.

In other words. If I select IR signal #151 then the editor shows me signal #74.

I have also noticed that the list is not sorted numerically so you get

etc.

I'm pretty sure this is part of the problem.
