    GC-100-06 or GC-IP2IR - Which is Better?

    I've got both a GC-100-06 and a GC-IP2IR.

Anyone got any views on which is the better of the two devices before I start configuring?

IP2IR has a built-in IR-learner. You need to buy that extra for the 100-6. However, the GC-100-6 is more versatile and I believe its IR-learner can be used to trigger events (if you use the UltraGCIR plugin).
HSPro 3.0.0.458, Z-NET with Z-wave plugin 3.0.1.190, RFXCOM + 2x RFXtrx433E, HSTouch, Squeezebox plugin, iTach IP/WF2IR & GC-100-6 with UltraGCIR, BLDenon, NetcamStudio, Jon00s Webpage builder, Harmony Hub plugin, SCSIP (with FreePBX), Arduino plugin, IFTTT, Pushalot plugin, Device History plugin.
Running on Windows 10 (64) virtualized
on ESXi (Fujitsu Primergy TX150 S8).

Moskus, are you saying that the IR Learner can be left hooked up to the Homeseer computer and the UltraGCIR plugin can read IR from it to trigger events? That would be awesome! I have been looking for a way to get IR signals sent from my Harmony to Homeseer in order to trigger lighting events and such...
