I have just installed HS3 Pro on my PC. I installed the RFXCOM plugin and the z-wave plugin. The Global Cache plugin installation failed with above message, no idea why

There was another thread on this a day or two ago. It appears that the zip file is corrupt. I'm not sure if someone's contacted the help desk yet to let them know, so you may want to do so.

PS, there's typically additional info in the HS log file as to why the install failed.HS 4.2.8.0: 2134 Devices 1252 Events
