Decided to add to my GC collection and have introduced a GC100 to my network as well as an ITAC.
ihelp finds the GC100 ok and I can introduce it ok to the PI.
When I try to add devices I get the following error.
Running HS4.1.2 on Win10 pc with PI 5.0.0.59.
Tried restarting PI, uninstalling and reinstalling.
I can log in to the GC data base using my credentials ok.
Any help appreciated.
