  • Global Cache GC100 relay state:open message floods

    I have a GC-100 3 port relay device and get these messages all the time. I do not see a place to change logging levels.

    I am on GCPRO: 5.0.0.56

    Any thoughts on how to diagnose this? It comes in spurts..

    Lot and lots of Relay Open in my log

    Have you ever resolved this issue?

    I'm running IP2CC and get the exact same nuisance post in my log file, just like your example every 300 seconds I get 6 posts that a relay just changed to OPEN

      Nope.. Still have the same issue.

      Is HomeSeer reading this and is there any option to fix the issue?

        I submitted this to the help desk 6 weeks ago and inquired just today.... what's up?

        The reply was, oh were sorry, there is a new version, try it and see if it fixes your problem.

        It's a minor upgrade, they put a little check box in the setup that enables debug logging.

        I hope it works. ..

          Latency problems

          I have tried using the GC pro for both wifi and ip versions of the GC close contact device. The latency to open and close was horid taking 5 seconds.
          I sent video and help request 6 weeks ago still no word back. I went to ultrajones and his is instantaneous.
