I just migrated HS3 + Blue Iris from my existing low-end 32 bit win 7 system to a powerful 64-bit Win 10 machine. The migration went smoothly with the exception of Global Cache. On the new machine I first tried installing v. 5.0.0.22 of the plugin, however I ran into the installation error "could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json,..." .
After some forum searching it was suggested that the Beta version of Global Cache Pro would do the trick. I went ahead and tried installing this plugin, but unfortunately after detecting and adding my GC device, the device does not appear in the "Select Unit" dropdown when I attempt to enter codes manually.
Not sure where to go from here - I have a bunch of custom IR codes that are based on manual research (and not learning). I am fine with the fact that there is no automated migration path between GC and GC PRO, (I have documented all of the code strings), however as things stand, nothing is working for me on the new server.
Any help would be appreciated.
